In 2005 I set up this firm to handle mesothelioma claims.

Since then, I have settled or won many claims. I have not lost a case.

Before that, I specialised in asbestos disease claims for 20 years with John Pickering & Partners.

Compensation has ranged from £575,000.00 to £100,000.00.  Most awards or settlements are in the backet £100,000.00 to £200,000.00.

Clients have been building workers, engineers, marine engineers, railway workers, local authority workers, plumbers, fitters, joiners, carpenters, electricians, power station workers, foundry workers, laggers, chemical plant workers, and government employees.

I have take on a limited number of cases at a time in order to complete them quickly.  The key is to start court action quickly.

In 2002 I led the team of solicitors that preserved the entitlement to compensation of most mesothelioma victims.

Between 1999 and 2003 I was one of the solicitors in the group action on behalf of South African asbestos miners.
